Our Brands
In our bike shop in Kaiserslautern you will find a large number of directly available E-Bikes.
All E-Bikes can be tested in our hall.
The selection ranges from E-City, E-Trekking to E-MTB.
We also have enough E-Bikes from brand manufacturers that have a net price of less than EUR 2,500 and that you can process with a basic VAT form.
Bicycle Service
With us you get a complete service for everything to do with your E-Bike or bicycle. Whether inspection, repair, review, UVV check or professional cleaning - our Service team will be happy to cater to your individual wishes.
We can carry out E-Bike fault diagnostics on the following motors: Bosch, Panasonic, Shimano STEPS, Brose (only QWIC bikes), Bafang, SACHS (ZF) and more.

Bike Insurance
If you would like to insure your E-Bike, you can also do this through our partner - the WERTGARANTIE. The condition for taking out the insurance is that you have a German address.
The value of the E-Bike is always the gross price plus lock, even if you paid with VAT form.
Payment
We accept VAT Forms – what we need from you here is definitely the abbreviation of your VAT Office. You must ask your teams for this information in advance.
If the "Special VAT Form" is required (EUR 2,500 net and above), you will receive an offer from us in advance including German VAT. The final invoice will then be issued without VAT if approved.
In addition, we accept VISA. However, since we have to pay very high fees here, we cannot pass on all discount campaigns 1:1 when paying with VISA.
Almost all employees in our e-bike store speak English. But please keep in mind that we are not native speakers and that English is our second language. So we are all not perfect.
Our boss still has to improve his English quite a lot. So if you are looking for someone who speaks English with hands and feet, ask specifically for Jörg ;-)
