Jörg is the owner of the eBike Store Kaiserslautern and the car dealership Jörg Beilfuß eK and is the sales manager, purchasing manager and contact person for the strategic direction around the eBike and vehicle sector.

Hendrik König
Hendrik makes sure your bike is back on the road quickly. He's the main contact person for everything related to our e-bike workshop – from scheduling appointments and handling warranty claims to complaints and technical questions. He also assists with e-bike sales and advice and stands in for the owner when he's absent.

Andreas Neudeck
Andreas will help you choose the right e-bike and is your main contact person for e-bike advice, leasing, financing, and employer consulting. He also supports our customers with accessory questions and individual leasing solutions, as well as assisting the sales management with sales support tasks.

Maria de Carne
I'm Maria — and to be honest, I wasn't much of a cyclist before I started working at the eBike Store. Five years later, I know more about Bosch motors, battery capacities, and the Palatinate Forest than I ever thought possible.
As the person responsible for marketing and SEO at the eBike Store Kaiserslautern, I write the articles on this blog — with the aim that they really help: with buying, with maintenance, with the question of which bike suits which lifestyle.
Besides marketing, social media, and events, I also take care of many things that happen behind the scenes—from sales management and internal processes to HR and accounting, all the way to data protection and AI. In short: if something needs to be organized, communicated, or strategically planned, it usually ends up with me.
